摘  要:木浆作为造纸工业的主要原料,其自身纤维的吸水能力对后续成纸的吸水性及相关强度指标有重要影响。研究分析了包括针叶木漂白化学浆、阔叶木漂白化学浆、针叶木化学机械浆在内的三大类共六种造纸用木浆纤维的手抄片,在恒温恒湿实验室((23±1)℃、(50±2)%)中不同时间段的吸水性能和强度性能。结果表明,打浆对木浆纤维的吸水性有较明显的影响,不同木浆纤维手抄片在吸水性上的表现各有不同。且其强度又与纸张含水量密切相关,在生产过程中应给予一定的关注。Wood pulp is the main raw material in the paper industry,and the water absorption capacity of its own fiber has an important influence on the water absorption and related strength indexes of subsequent paper.The study analyzed the water absorption and strength properties of six types of wood pulp fibers,including bleached chemical softwood pulp,bleached chemical hardwood pulp,and mechanical chemical softwood pulp,in different time periods in a constant temperature and humidity laboratory((23±1)℃,(50±2)%).The results show that beating has a significant impact on the water absorption of wood pulp fibers,and the water absorption performance is different about different wood pulp fiber hand sheets.Also its strength is closely related to the water content of the paper,so it should be given certain attention during the production process.
