6S型荧光增白剂对涂布白卡纸表面光学性能及耐返黄性能影响的初步探究

摘　　要：研究了六磺酸类荧光增白剂对涂料指标和涂布白卡纸色相、D65亮度的影响,同时研究了此类荧光增白剂对纸板返黄程度的影响。结果表明:过多加入荧光增白剂对涂料的pH影响不大,但是会造成涂料黏度明显下降。同时荧光增白剂会明显影响纸板的D65亮度和色相,对纸板表面起到明显的增白作用。且荧光增白剂的加入会加速纸张的返黄,但是相较于涂料中未添加荧光增白剂的涂布纸,加入荧光增白剂的涂布纸即使返黄后仍能保持较高水平的显白效果。We studied the effects of 6S fluorescent brightener on the index of coating and on the hue and D65 brightness of coated ivory paper,and the effect of this fluorescent brightener on the yellowing degree of paper was also studied.The results indicated that excessive addition of fluorescent brightener has little effect on the pH of the coating,but can cause a significant decrease in the viscosity of the coating.Meanwhile the results showed that fluorescent brightener could significantly affect the D65 brightnessand hue of coated ivory paper.Also it has a significant whitening effect on the surface of cardboard.At the same time,the addition of fluorescent brightener will accelerate the yellowing of the paper.However,compared with the coated paper without Optical brightener in the coating,the coated paper with fluorescent brightener can still maintain a higher level of whitening effect even after yellowing.
