摘 要:对H65黄铜厚板材旋转压力焊过程中搅拌头旋转速度对焊接质量的影响进行了研究与分析,所选用的旋转速度分别为600,800,1000r/min。研究过程中通过光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)对H65黄铜合金旋转压力接头区域的微观组织进行观察,并检测接头区域的力学性能。结果表明:旋转压力焊工艺能够有效连接H65黄铜大尺寸厚板材,接头区无明显裂纹,但其微观组织中存在少量气孔,且随旋转速度的增加逐渐减少;接头区域的H65黄铜晶粒明显细化,随旋转速度的增加β相占比减少,有效提升了接头区域的塑性;当搅拌头旋转速度为1000r/min时,H65黄铜连接效果最好,接头的拉伸强度为348MPa,延伸率为48.4%,断口呈韧性断裂。In this paper,the influence of rotating speed of stirring head on the welding quality of H65 brass rotary pressure welding(RPW)process is studied.The rotating speed is set as 600 r/min,800 r/min and 1000 r/min respectively.The microstructure evolution is observed by optical microscope(OM)and scanning electron microscope(SEM),and the mechanical properties of the joint are tested as well.The results show that the H65 brass can be effectively connected by RPW process.There are no obvious cracks at the joint re‐gion,but some pores in the microstructure,which gradually decrease with the increase of the rotation speed.At the same time,the obvi‐ous grain refinement of the H65 brass is found in the joint region,and theβphase proportion decreases with the increase of rotation speed,which effectively improves the plasticity of the joint region.When the rotating speed of the stirring head is 1000 r/min,H65 brass connection has the best effect.The tensile strength of the joint is 348 MPa,the elongation is 48.4%and the fracture is ductile.
