摘 要:为了提高气垫炉生产0.5 mm半硬态C5071铜合金带材的退火效率,对现行700℃退火工艺进行优化,使之与常规紫铜和锡磷青铜的气垫炉600℃退火工艺相匹配。期间以气垫炉600℃留底退火工艺为研究对象,研究气垫炉不同退火工艺对带材组织与性能的影响。结果表明,将带材留底厚度控制在0.68 mm,采用600℃,40 m/min的气垫炉退火工艺条件退火后,材料发生了完全再结晶,经过成品轧制后获得了性能符合预期且满足要求的0.5 mm半硬态C5071铜合金带材。In order to improve the annealing efficiency of 0.5 mm semi-hard C5071 copper alloy strip produced by air cushion furnace,the current 700℃annealing process was optimized to match the 600℃annealing process of copper and bronze in air cushion furnace.Taking the 600℃annealing process of air cushion furnace as the research object,the effects of different annealing processes of air cushion furnace on the microstructure and properties of strip were studied.The results show that when the thickness of the strip is controlled at 0.68 mm,the material is completely recrystallized by using the air cushion furnace annealing process at 600℃and 40 m/min.After the finished product is rolled,0.5 mm semi-hard C5071 copper alloy strip with expected performance and requirements is obtained.
