摘 要:CA型调心滚子轴承在装配过程中有一个很重要的性能要求,即调心性能。该调心性能并非是指调心滚子轴承在实际装机使用过程中的调心能力,而是指轴承各个零件在装配为成品后,滚子、保持架及内圈组件沿着外圈径向平面垂直方向转出外圈滚道以及转回外圈滚道的顺滑水平。该调心性能虽然并不影响轴承实际装机使用,但是往往在客户端易产生关于产品质量的质疑和抱怨。本文意在综合分析讨论调心滚子轴承调心性能的影响因素,以为提升调心滚子轴承的装配质量提供理论依据。For CA type spherical roller bearings,the aligning performance is an important performance requirement during the assembly process.This performance does not refer to the aligning ability of the spherical roller bearing during actual installation and use,but rather to the smooth degree of the roller,cage,and inner ring components rotating out of or back into the outer ring raceway along the radial plane of the outer ring in a vertical direction after assembly of parts as finished bearings.Although this aligning performance does not affect the actual installation and use of bearings,it is often prone to generate doubts and complaints about product quality at the client end.The purpose of this article is to comprehensively analyze and discuss the factors affecting the aligning performance of spherical roller bearings,so as to better provide a theoretical basis for improving the assembly quality of spherical roller bearings.
