用于轴承保持架模具加工的通用夹具的设计

摘　　要：我公司当前在轴承保持架冲孔加工时,需要针对带角度的筐形孔设计不同的冲孔模具,每加工一种冲孔模具上模,就需要专门设计一个角度夹具。针对这种情况,设计了一种适用于轴承保持架冲孔模具的通用角度夹具。经过验证,该通用角度夹具能满足公司所有轴承产品的保持架冲孔模具的加工,既节约了资金,又缩短了生产周期、提高了生产效率。When the company is currently processing punching holes for bearing cages,different punching molds need to be designed for basket shaped holes with angles.For each type of punching mold upper mold processed,an angle fixture needs to be designed to process the punching mold.In response to this situation,a universal angle fixture suitable for punching molds for bearing cages has been designed.After verification,the newly designed universal angle fixture can meet the processing requirements of the cage punching molds for all bearing products of the company,helping the company save funds,shorten production cycles,and improve production efficiency.
