摘  要:针对常规油孔处紧定螺钉防腐后易残留O形圈碎沫和油孔处渗油的问题,对风电轴承油孔处紧定螺钉结构进行改进,并介绍了改进设计及加工需注意事项。实际装机使用表明:油孔处紧定螺钉易残留O形圈碎沫和油孔处渗油的问题得到了有效的改善,可以满足使用要求。In view of the problem that the set screw at the conventional oil hole is easy to retain the foam of the O-ring and oil leakage at the oil hole after corrosion prevention,the structure of the set screw at the oil hole of the wind turbine bearing is improved,and the matters needing attention in the improved design and processing are introduced.The actual installation and use show that the problem of the set screw at the oil hole is easy to retain the foam of the O-ring and the oil leakage at the oil hole has been effectively improved,which can meet the use requirements.
