摘  要:近年来,心理健康问题在我国呈现低龄化趋势,尽管国家从减少学业负担的角度做出了政策调整,但还需以专业、多元的方式对儿童进行心理疏导。陶艺疗法是一种艺术疗法,陶泥的可塑性、触感以及手脑协同的创作方式赋予陶艺独特的心理疏导作用。通过对陶艺的疏导特性及其优势进行梳理分析,构建陶艺表达性创作与疏导的层次模型,旨在以陶艺教育为媒介,为小学生提供有效、轻松、有趣的心理疏导方式。In recent years,mental health problems have shown a trend of younger age in China.Although the state has made policy adjustments from the perspective of reducing the academic burden,professional and diversified ways are needed to provide psychological counseling for children.Pottery art therapy is an art therapy.The plasticity and touch of pottery mud,as well as the creative way of hand-brain coordination,give pottery art a unique psychological counseling effect.Through the analysis of the characteristics and advantages of ceramic art guidance,this paper puts forward the hierarchical model of expressive creation and guidance of ceramic art,aiming to provide effective,relaxed and interesting psychological guidance methods and channels for primary school students with ceramic art education as the medium.
