摘　　要：科技金融是2023年中央金融工作会议提出的“五篇大文章”之首篇,科技与金融深度融合的出发点和落脚点在于科技创新,科技金融发展的关键在于能否满足科技创新全链条的金融需求和衍生服务需求。论文立足深化金融供给侧结构性改革、金融体系转型发展以及现代产业体系建设需要,深入剖析了资本市场和直接股权投资、银行体系以及区域城市群支持科技创新的逻辑、不足与改革举措,为提升金融服务科技创新能力和水平、推进科技金融建设提供政策建议。The sci-tech finance is the first of the"Five big articles"proposed by the Central Conference on Finance Work in 2023.The starting point and ultimate goal of the closely integration of science and technology and finance lies in scientific and technological innovation.And the key to the development of sci-tech finance is whether it can meet the financial needs and derivative service needs of scientific and technological innovation.This article is based on deepening supply-side structural reform in financial sector,the transformation and development of the financial system,and the needs of the construction of modernizing the industrial system.It has deeply analyzed the logic,deficiencies and reform measures of the capital market and direct equity investment,banking system,and regional urban agglomerations to support scientific and technological innovation.This paper provides policy recommendations for improving the ability and level of scientific and technological innovation in financial services and promoting the construction of scitech.
