摘  要:本文提出了一种应用于引信系统的宽波束毫米波天线阵。该阵列天线应用于60GHz-64GHz,由四组两两正交布局的1×2波导辐射单元以及SIW(基片集成波导)缝隙耦合馈电组成。由微带线到SIW过渡,可用于与T/R模块连接。基于双脊波导结构以及拓宽的方形波导结构的特点来设计宽波束的辐射结构;设计高集成度,低复杂性的微带线到SIW过渡结构。由HFSS仿真结果表明,在60GHz至64GHz带宽内天线阵列反射系数小于-13dB,并且在增益掉落3dB内,该天线阵列在60GHz、62GHz和64GHz均能实现xoz面和yoz面±50°的波束宽度。A Millimeter-wave array antenna with wide beam for fuze system is proposed in this paper. The array antenna is operated at the 60GHz-64GHz,consists of four 1 x 2 waveguide radiation unit which Orthogonal pairwise layout and SIW(substrate integrated waveguide) slot coupled feeding.The transition of microstrip line to SIW can be used in connection with the T/R module. Based on the double ridged waveguide structure and broaden the characteristics of the rectangular waveguide structure to design the width of beam radiation structure. A microstrip line to SIW transition structure with high integration and low complexity is designed. The HFSS simulation results show that the Reflection coefficient of this array antenna is below-10dB from 60 to 64 GHz,and within a gain drop of 3 dB, the array antenna can achieve ±50° beam width on xoz plane and yoz plane at both 60 GHZ,62 GHZ, and 64 GHZ.
