聚己内酯二元醇改性PBT共聚酯的流变性能研究

摘  要:为了解决聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBT)材料韧性较差的问题,以对苯二甲酸(PTA)、1,4丁二醇(BDO)和聚己内酯二元醇(PCL)为原料,通过熔融缩聚得到改性PBT共聚酯。通过毛细管流变仪和旋转流变仪对改性PBT共聚酯的流变性能进行分析测试。结果表明:随PCL添加量的增加,改性PBT共聚酯的分子链柔性增强,改性PBT共聚酯熔体的剪切黏度小于PBT,且改性PBT共聚酯的剪切黏度随PCL添加量的增加逐渐降低;流变结果显示PBT共聚酯流体均呈现切力变稀的现象,属于假塑性非牛顿流体,与PBT相比,改性PBT共聚酯熔体的流动性能更加接近牛顿流体;随着角频率的增加,改性PBT共聚酯熔体的动态储能模量和动态损耗模量均呈现逐渐增大的趋势,随着PCL添加量的增加,改性PBT共聚酯动态储能模量和动态损耗模量逐渐减小。Phthalic acid(PTA),butyl glycol(BDO),and poly-caprolaclone glycol(PCL)were melted to create PBT copolyesters.The capillary rheometer and rotational rheometer were used to examine the rheological characteristics of PBT copolyesters.The findings demonstrated that the molecular chain s flexibility increased as the PCL concentration increased,the copolyester s shear viscosity gradually dropped as the PCL content increased,and the copolyester melt s shear viscosity was less than that of PBT.The copolyester fluids,according to the rheological results,all exhibited thinning shear force and were classified as pseudoplastic non-Newtonian fluids;in contrast to PBT,the flow behavior of copolyester fluids is more akin to that of a Newtonian fluid.The dynamic energy storage modulus and dynamic loss modulus of the sample demonstrated a gradually growing trend with an increase in angular frequency,while the dynamic energy storage modulus and dynamic loss modulus of the copolyester gradually declined with an increase in PCL content.
