摘  要:为提升层合纳米纤维膜的防水透湿性能,在N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)中,使聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)、热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)经静电纺丝技术制备TPU/PVDF层合纳米纤维膜,调整PVDF和TPU的层合比例(1∶1、2∶1、1∶2),对所得层合纳米纤维膜的形貌结构进行表征,并对其耐渗水性、透湿性、透气性、防水性等性能进行分析。研究结果表明,所制TPU/PVDF层合纳米纤维膜具有微孔通道的纳米纤维网络状结构,具备良好的防水透湿性能,TPU/PVDF为2∶1时,透气率为48.95 mm/s,TPU/PVDF为1∶1时,透湿量为4648.5 g/(m^(2)·d),渗水压为25.1 kPa,可为开发先进防水透湿性织物提供理论基础。In order to improve the waterproof and moisture permeability of the laminated nanofiber film,the TPU/PVDF laminated nanofiber film was prepared by electrospinning technology using polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)and thermoplastic polyurethane(TPU)in N,n-dimethylformamide(DMF),and the lamination ratio of PVDF and TPU was adjusted(1∶1,2∶1,1∶2).The morphology and structure of the laminated nanofiber film were characterized,and its water resistance,moisture permeability,air permeability and water resistance were analyzed.The results show that the prepared TPU/PVDF laminated nanofiber membrane has a nanofiber network structure with microporous channels,and has good waterproof and moisture permeability.The seepage pressure is 25.1 kPa,the permeability is 48.95 mm/s,and the moisture permeability is 4648.5 g/(m^(2)·d).It can provide theoretical basis for developing advanced waterproof and moisture permeable fabrics.
