摘 要:中空纤维常用于填充玩具、枕头、被子、棉衣等,所以纤维具备一定的蓬松和压缩回弹性能非常重要。为提高中空纤维的蓬松和压缩回弹性能,研究了聚酯的特性黏度和牵伸工艺对蓬松以及压缩回弹性能的影响。结果表明:聚酯在特性黏度0.661~0.682 dL/g范围内,特性黏度越高,纤维的蓬松及压缩回弹性能越好;在运行稳定的情况下,适当提高牵伸倍率至2.80、降低牵伸温度至55℃、提高紧张热定型温度至95℃、降低松弛热定型温度至164℃,纤维的蓬松及压缩回弹性能最好,抱枕的初始高度高达26.8 cm,压缩回弹高度高达25.0 cm。Filled fiber was often used in stuffed toys,pillows,quilts,cotton-padded clothes,so the fiber fluffy and compression resilience was very important.In order to improve the bulkiness and compressibility of the filled fiber,the effects of the intrinsic viscosity and drawing process on the bulkiness and compressibility of the polyester were studied.The results show that the higher the intrinsic viscosity was,the better the fluffiness and compressive resilience of polyester fiber was,and the higher the intrinsic viscosity was,the better the compressive resilience of polyester fiber was,when the drawing ratio was increased to 2.80,the drawing temperature was decreased to 55℃,the tension heat setting temperature was increased to 95℃,and the relaxed heat setting temperature was decreased to 164℃,the fluffiness and compression resilience of the fiber were better,the initial height of the bolster was 26.8 cm and the compression rebound height was 25.0 cm.
