摘 要:医疗美容行业受到越来越多的关注,尤其是创伤小、恢复快的非手术类医美技术,如射频、激光、注射填充等。其中,注射填充剂是目前市场接受度较高、增长最快的医美产品。生物降解型聚合物材料的使用极大地促进了注射填充医美技术,乃至整个生物医学的发展。与胶原蛋白、透明质酸等生物降解型聚合物相比,聚酯类生物降解型聚合物因具有募集巨噬细胞、成纤维细胞及刺激胶原再生等特点而逐渐应用于填充塑形,已占据一定市场份额且凸显出广阔的应用前景。本文简要概述了国内外医疗美容市场的情况,综述了以聚左旋乳酸[poly(L-lactide), PLLA]、聚己内酯(polycaprolactone, PCL)为代表的聚酯类生物降解型聚合物的理化性质、抗衰老的作用机制和国内外上市的含该类材料的面部填充产品。此外,本文还总结了主要上市产品的临床应用效果与安全性,为该类聚合物在医疗美容领域的进一步应用及相关产品的开发提供参考。The medical cosmetology industry has received more and more attention,especially the non-surgical medical cosmetology with the advantage of less trauma and faster recovery,such as radio frequency,laser,injection filling,etc.Among them,injection fillers are the medical and aesthetic products with high market acceptance and the fastest growth.The use of biodegradable polymer materials has greatly promoted the development of injection filling medical cosmetology technology and even the entire biomedicine.Compared with biodegradable polymers such as collagen and hyaluronic acid,polyester biodegradable polymers are gradually used in facial filling and shaping due to their characteristics of recruiting macrophages,fibroblasts and stimulating collagen regeneration.It has a certain market share and shows broad application prospects.This paper briefly summarizes the global market situation of medical cosmetology,physicochemical properties,anti-aging mechanism,the domestic and foreign facial filler products of polyester biodegradable polymers represented by Poly(L-lactide)(PLLA)and Polycaprolactone(PCL).In addition,the clinical application effects and safety of the main products on the market are summarized,which provides a reference for the further application of such polymers in the field of medical beauty and the development of related products.
