摘 要:利用热处理工艺炉、力学性能试验机、X射线衍射仪等试验设备,研究了固溶、时效和冷却速度对Ti-1023合金的显微结构和力学性能的影响。结果表明,采用单一固溶处理,固溶温度略高于相变点温度时,初生α_(P)相消失,β晶粒缓慢长大,合金强度和硬度提高;该合金经固溶水冷处理后,由于冷却速度快,形成少量的α相与均匀粗大的β相共同形成网篮组织,合金强度和硬度提高;当时效时间为1 h时,时效过程形成的次生α_(S)相会产生第二相强化作用,表现出显著的弥散强化效果,合金强度和硬度升高。Effects of solution treatment,aging and cooling rate on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Ti-1023 alloy were studied by using heat treatment furnace,mechanical performance testing machine and X-ray diffractometer.The results show that when the solution treatment temperature is slightly higher than transition temperature,the primaryα_(P) phase disappears withβgrain growing slowly,and the strength and hardness of the alloy increase.The alloy is water quenched after solution treatment,due to the fast cooling rate,a small amount ofαphase and the uniform thickβphase form the basket-weave structure,and the strength and hardness are improved.When the aging time is 1 h,the secondaryα_(S) formed during the aging process produces the second phase strengthening effect,which shows significant dispersion strengthening effect and increases the strength and hardness of the alloy.
