摘 要:借助光镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)及拉伸试验机等设备,研究了碳含量变化对HT9钢显微组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明,C含量的变化对碳化物含量及性能有着显著的影响。随着C含量的增加,Nieq增大,抑制了δ-Fe的析出;C还促进了M23C6碳化物的析出,阻碍了马氏体板条的迁移,导致板条细化,析出强化和界面强韧化效果增强,提高了钢的强度和硬度,降低了材料的塑韧性。且C含量在0.17%~0.20%范围内,这种变化最为显著,这主要与钢中溶质原子析出,固溶强化效果下降有关。Effect of carbon content change on the microstructure and mechanical properties of HT9 steel was studied by means of optical microscope(OM),scanning electron microscope(SEM),transmission electron microscope(TEM)and tensile testing machines.The results show that the change of C content has a significant impact on the content of carbides and properties.With the increase of C content,the Ni_(eq)increases,which inhibits the precipitation ofδ-Fe;the C also promotes the precipitation of M_(23)C_(6)carbides,hinders the migration of martensitic laths,and leads to lath refinement,precipitation strengthening and interface strengthening,which increases the strength and hardness of the steel and reduces the plasticity and toughness of the material.When the C content is in the range of 0.17%-0.20%,this change is the most significant,which is mainly related to the precipitation of solute atoms in the steel and the decline of solution strengthening effect.
