摘  要:皮肤衰老是全身各器官老化过程的重要组成部分。在内外因素的共同作用下(细胞复制、光辐射、环境污染等),衰老的皮肤出现结构和功能改变,主要表现为表皮屏障功能异常、细胞外基质稳态破坏、老化成纤维细胞积累以及由衰老相关分泌表型(senescence-associated secretory phenotype,SASP)介导的慢性炎症,同时伴随着皱纹、老年斑形成、弹性丧失等外观变化。其中,真皮作为衰老发生的主要部位,在衰老过程中呈现显著改变。老化的成纤维细胞(senescent fibroblast)在真皮衰老过程中发挥了重要作用,其在真皮中的积累会诱发并加速皮肤衰老的变化。本文旨在对真皮衰老的主要机制以及老化的成纤维细胞在其中的作用进行综述。Skin aging comprises a great part of systemic aging process.Due to intrinsic and extrinsic factors like replicative damages,ultraviolet radiation,environmental pollution,aged skin exhibits structural and functional alteration,characterized by a dysfunctional barrier,impaired extracellular matrix homeostasis,accumulation of senescent fibroblasts and a chronic inflammatory state mediated by SASPs.All these factors contribute to reduced dermal thickness,increased wrinkles and senile plaques formation and a flabby appearance.During these processes,the accumulation of senescent fibroblasts can induce and accelerate age-related dysfunction of other skin cells and may even cause systemic inflammation.In this review,we summarize several main mechanisms of dermal aging and the role of senescent dermal fibroblasts in cutaneous aging process will be discussed.
