摘　　要：术语不明原因慢性瘙痒症(Chronic Pruritus of Unknown Origin,CPUO)指一些病因目前不明的瘙痒。包含之前命名不规范即不明原因全身瘙痒、“Willan′s痒”或“老年瘙痒症”的情况,是一种排他性诊断,治疗困难。瞬时感受器电位(Transient receptor potential,TRP)通道是一类非选择性阳离子通道超家族,目前27个不同的TRP通道中TRPA1,TRPV1,TRPV3,TRPV4,TRPM8和TRPC4与慢性瘙痒有关,因此,关注瞬时感受器电位(TRP)通道与慢性不明原因瘙痒可能使这些通道成为许多拮抗性局部药物的靶点,可能有助于患者更好地应对CPUO。The term Chornic pruritus of unknown origin(CPUO)is defined as individuals who individuals who present with chronic itch in the absence of an etiology.Unified terminology CPUO encompass conditions previously described as"Willan's itch"or"Pruritus of the elderly".Diagnosis of CPUO excludes primary dermatologic or other underlying medical disorders.Treatment of CPUO is particularly difficult due to its unknown pathophysiology.The transient receptor potential(TRP)superfamily comprises a diverse group of non-selective cation channels.There are at least 27 different TRP channels and six of them(TRPA1,TRPV1,TRPV3,TRPV4,TRPM8,and TRPC4)are involved in pruriception.The goal of this review is to familiarize the readers with these channels as the targets of many antagonistic medications of CPUO.
