摘　　要：目的评价超皮秒全息衍射点阵技术治疗面部萎缩性痤疮瘢痕的疗效。方法选取面部萎缩性痤疮瘢痕患者30例,使用超皮秒Nd:YAG激光每1~2月治疗一次,共治疗3次,使用ECCA痤疮瘢痕分级量表评估疗效并调查患者满意度。结果治疗前后ECCA评分平均值分别为105.00±49.34和72.17±36.97,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。患者对疗效满意度较高,为83.33%。结论超皮秒全息衍射点阵技术治疗面部萎缩性痤疮瘢痕疗效好,安全性高,患者满意度可。Objective To assess the efficacy of Picoway holographic fractional technology in the treatment of facial atrophic acne scars.Methods 30 patients were treated with an Nd:YAG laser once every 1-2 months,for a total of 3 treatments.The efficacy was evaluated by ECCA grading scale and the patient satisfaction was also surveyed.Results The ECCA grading scales before and after treatment were 105.00±49.34 and 72.17±36.97,respectively,with the difference being statistically significant.The patient satisfaction rate was 83.33%.Conclusion Picoway holographic fractional technology demonstrated good efficacy and high safety in treating facial atrophic acne scars,with considerable patient satisfaction.
