摘　　要：目的分析6例透明细胞汗腺瘤病例的临床表现、组织病理学特点。方法收集我院2017年1月-2023年1月确诊为透明细胞汗腺瘤的6例临床资料,观察其组织病理学特点。结果透明细胞汗腺瘤常见于女性,好发于头面部、四肢,临床表现无特异性,组织病理表现为瘤体位于真皮内,肿瘤可与表皮相连或替代表皮,有或无包膜,由分叶状或囊性细胞组成,瘤体主要由空泡化透明细胞和多角形嗜碱性细胞构成,肿瘤内可见大小不一导管或囊腔样结构,腔内衬以立方型细胞或柱状分泌细胞,部分导管内可见断头分泌,间质内纤维血管增生,胶质透明变性。结论透明细胞汗腺瘤是一种少见源于汗腺的良性肿瘤,临床误诊率极高,组织病理学是确诊的重要手段,手术切除是首选的治疗方案。Objective To analyze the clinical manifestations and histopathological features of 6 cases of clear cell hidradenoma.Methods The clinical data of clear cell hidradenoma diagnosed after outpatient operation in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2023,and the histopathological features were observed.Results Clear cell hidradenoma was common in women,occurred in the head,face and limbs,the clinical manifestations were non-specific,histopathological findings showed that the tumor was located in the dermis,the tumor could be connected to the epidermis or replace the epidermis,with or without capsule,composed of lobulated or cystic cells,the tumor was mainly composed of vacuolated clear cells and polygonal basophils,different sizes of ducts or cyst-like structures were observed in the tumor,the lumen was lined by cuboidal cells or columnar secretory cells,decapitation secretion was observed in some ducts,fibroangiosis and gliosis in the stroma.Conclusion Clear cell hidradenoma is a rare benign tumor originating from sweat glands,and the clinical misdiagnosis rate is very high.Histopathology is an important means of confirming the diagnosis,and surgical resection is the first choice of treatment.
