摘  要:合成新颖的、具有可控结构和性能的改性二氧化硅纳米粒、聚苯胺和聚吡咯作为功能材料,采用铺展法制备4种薄膜微萃取膜并结合高效液相色谱法建立固本延龄丸HPLC特征图谱。使用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪和扫描电子显微镜对薄膜的化学结构和表面微观形态进行表征。对影响萃取效率的主要因素如萃取时间、离子强度和解吸时间等进行了优化。在最优的萃取条件下,测定20批固本延龄丸样品,共确定固本延龄丸HPLC特征图谱10个共有峰,经对照品比对,4、5、6、8号色谱峰分别为松果菊苷、毛蕊花糖苷、甘草苷和丹酚酸B。结果表明该薄膜微萃取法简便、可靠、绿色安全,适用于固本延龄丸的质量分析。Novel modified silica nanoparticles,polyaniline and polypyrrole with controllable structure and properties were synthesized as functional materials,and four thin-film microextractionmembranes were prepared by spreading and the HPLC characteristic chromatograms of GubenYanling Pills were established by thin-film microextraction coupled with HPLC.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscope were used to characterize the chemical structure and surface morphology of the films.The main factors affecting the extraction efficiency,such as extraction time,ionic strength and desorption time,were optimized.20 batches of Guben Yanling Pills were analyzed,and 10 common peaks were determined under the optimum extraction conditions.After comparison with the reference substances,the peaks 4,5,6,8were identified asechinacoside,verbascoside,liquiritin and salvianolic acid B,respectively.The results showed that the method was simple,reliable and green.It is applicable to the quality analysis of Guben Yanling Pills.
