碱煮钨渣洗涤过程的固氟方法及理论分析

摘  要:钨矿常和含氟矿物伴生,经碱分解-离子交换法制备仲钨酸铵,导致碱煮钨渣不可避免含有一些可溶性氟,致使其渣浸液中氟离子浓度超过危废物鉴别标准上限。但目前对碱煮钨渣洗涤过程的固氟研究较少。本研究提出了采用硫酸钙作为固氟剂对碱煮钨渣洗涤过程的固氟方法,通过理论分析研究表明最佳工艺参数为:浆洗体系pH为6.5~9.5,温度为室温,液固比不超过3.5 L·kg^(-1),浆洗时间不超过1.5 h,投料方式为固氟剂先于碱煮钨渣加入浆洗液中。本研究为钨冶炼企业碱煮钨渣洗涤过程固氟提供了一种操作简便、绿色环保的方法及理论指导。Tungsten ore is often associated with fluorine-containing minerals.The preparation of ammonium paratungstate by alkali decomposition-ion exchange method can lead to the inevitable presence of some soluble fluorine in alkali-roasted tungsten residues,causing the fluoride ion concentration in the leaching solution to exceed the upper limit of hazardous waste identification standards.However,there was currently limited research on fluorine fixation in washing process of alkali-boiled tungsten residue.In this study,a method for fixing fluorine in the washing process of alkali-boiled tungsten residue was proposed by using calcium sulfate as fixing agent.Theoretical analysis showed that the optimal process parameters were as follows:the pH of the slurry washing system was 6.5~9.5,the temperature was room temperature,the liquid-solid ratio was not exceed 3.5 L·kg^(-1),the slurry washing time was not exceed 1.5 hours,and the feeding method was that the fluorine fixing agent was added into the slurry washing solution before the alkali-boiled tungsten residue.This study provided a simple and environmentally friendly method and theoretical guidance for fluorine fixation in the washing process of alkali-boiled tungsten residue for tungsten smelting enterprises.
