摘  要:以对羟基苯甲醚作为阻聚剂、四乙基溴化铵作为催化剂,利用双酚A环氧树脂(CYD-128)、乙二醇二缩水甘油醚(EP-669)和丙烯酸(AAc)为主要原料制备了一种实用型丙烯酸酯齐聚体。研究了反应温度、阻聚剂和催化剂这些主要因素对其反应的影响,得知较好的制备反应条件是:温度90℃~110℃,对羟基苯甲醚质量分数为0.20%~0.40%,四乙基溴化铵质量分数为0.80%。将这种新型的丙烯酸酯作为光敏齐聚体直接加入紫外光引发剂安息香双甲醚(BDK)配制成一种紫外光固化树脂,对其紫外光固化样条进行了拉伸力学性能测试。实验结果表明:其紫外光固化拉伸样条的拉伸强度为21.3 MPa,杨氏模量为683.5 MPa,断裂伸长率为7.9%。A practical acrylate oligomer was prepared with bisphenol A epoxy resin(CYD-128),ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether(EP-669)and acrylic acid(AAc)as the main raw materials as well as with p-hydroxyanisole as an inhibitor and tetraethylammonium bromide as a catalyst.The main factors affecting the reaction,such as reaction temperature,polymerization inhibitors and catalysts,were studied.It was found that the optimal preparation reaction conditions were that reactive temperature was 90℃-110℃,mass fraction of p-hydroxyanisole was 0.20%-0.40%,and mass of tetraethyl ammonium bromide was 0.80%.Benzoin dimethyl ether(BDK)was directly added to the practical acrylate oligomer to prepare an UV-curable resin.The tensile mechanical properties of its UV-cured splines were tested.The experimental results showed that the tensile strength of the UV cured tensile splines was 21.3 MPa,the Young's modulus was 683.5 MPa,and the elongation at break was 7.9%.
