摘　　要：人民公仆思想是毛泽东思想关于党群伦理关系定位的重要内容。这一重要思想形成于中国革命与建设的伟大实践之中,是对马克思主义经典作家人民公仆思想的继承,并汲取了中华优秀传统文化丰厚滋养。这一重要思想反映了为人民服务的公仆意识,指明了走群众路线的公仆工作方法,明确了德才兼备、又红又专的公仆标准,提出了防止公仆蜕化的措施。新时代,中国共产党人继续弘扬人民公仆思想,必须坚定共产党人理想信念,恪守执政为民理念,守好清正廉洁底线,勇于推进自我革命,身体力行当好人民公仆。The thought on people's servants is an important content of Mao Zedong Thought regarding the posi⁃tioning of the ethical relationship between the Party and the masses.The important thought has been formed in the practice of Chinese revolution and construction,which inherits the classic Marxist writer's thought on peo⁃ple's servants and draws on rich nourishment from the excellent traditional Chinese culture.This important idea reflects the consciousness of serving the people as people's servants,specifies the working methods of people's servants following the mass line,clarifies the standards of people's servants who are both virtuous and talented,both socialist-minded and professionally competent,and proposes measures to prevent the disintegration of peo⁃ple's servants.In the new era,to inherit and carry forward Mao Zedong Thought on people's servants,the Chi⁃nese communists must strengthen their ideals and beliefs,adhere to the concept of exercising governance for the people,keep themselves clean and honest,have the courage to advance self-reform,and act as people's servants.
