摘  要:海南波莲科技有限公司采用日本粳稻品种秋光为母本,以引自美国的籼稻品种Jefferson为父本进行杂交,再用温敏核不育系C815S为母本进行杂交、隔代回交,于2017年育成水稻光温敏核不育系秋杰S。该不育系不育性稳定,不育起点温度低,异交习性好,株叶形态优良,具广亲和性,米质达部标2级优质标准,于2020年8月通过福建省农作物品种审定委员会技术鉴定,与抗稻瘟病恢复系莲恢1616配制的杂交中稻组合秋两优1616于2022年7月通过福建省品种审定。Qiujie S,derived from the cross between the thermo-sensitive genic male sterile line C815S as the female and the intermediate breeding material from the F4 generation of Akihikari/Jefferson as the male followed by alternategeneration backcrossing,in which the japonica rice variety Akihikari comes from Japan and the indica variety Jefferson comes from the United States,is a photo-thermo-sensitive genic male sterile(PTGMS)line in rice developed by Hainan Bolian Technology Co.,Ltd.in 2017.It is characteristic of complete and stable male sterility,low critical sterilityinducing temperature,high outcrossing rate,good plant type,wide compatibility,the 2nd class of high-quality rice standards issued by the Ministry of Agriculture.In August 2020,Qiujie S passed the technical identification of Fujian Provincial Crop Variety Appraisal Committee,and the medium hybrid rice combination Qiuliangyou 1616,derived from Qiujie S and the blast-resistant restorer line Lianhui 1616,passed the variety certification of Fujian Province in July 2022.
