摘　　要：农业是中非合作的重点领域。中国一直致力于推广杂交水稻技术,帮助非洲国家解决粮食安全问题。马达加斯加水稻种植历史悠久,对稻米需求量大,且存在较大的粮食缺口,这在非洲国家粮食需求案例中很典型。中马杂交水稻合作起源于20世纪末,经历了近30 a的发展,以袁氏种业高科技有限公司为主的农业援非机构、企业深耕马国市场,形成了全产业链的商业模式,实现了中非农业合作声誉与效益的双赢。中国杂交水稻种植技术帮助马达加斯加解决粮食产量不足的问题,有利于其早日实现粮食自给自足的目标,同时对其他非洲国家解决粮食安全问题也具有借鉴意义。本研究旨在通过整理相关数据,归纳、总结中马杂交水稻合作的发展模式,探究其可借鉴之处,并在此基础上探讨中马杂交水稻合作的前景与潜力。Agriculture is a key area for China-Africa cooperation.China has been committed to promoting hybrid rice technology to help African countries solve their problem of food security.Madagascar has a long history of rice cultivation,a great demand for rice and a large food gap,which is typical in the case of food demand in African countries.The China-Madagascar hybrid rice cooperation originated at the end of the 20th century and has experienced nearly 30 years of development.The agricultural aid agencies and enterprises,mainly Yuan’s Seeds High-tech Co.Ltd.,have deeply cultivated the market in Madagascar,formed a business model of the whole industrial chain,and achieved a win-win situation for the reputation and benefits of China-Africa agricultural cooperation.The promotion of Chinese hybrid rice technology helped Madagascar solve the problem of insufficient food production,which is conducive to achieve its goal of food self-sufficiency at an early date,and can also be used as a reference for other African countries to solve food security problems.The purpose of this paper is to summarize the development model of China-Madagascar hybrid rice cooperation by compiling relevant data,explore its reference points,and put forward the prospect and potential of hybrid rice cooperation between China and Madagascar on this basis.
