摘 要:采用液相沉淀法以La Cl_(3)溶液为原料,NH_4HCO_(3)和NH_(3)·H_(2)O为混合沉淀剂,并流沉淀制备La_(2)(CO_(3))_(3)产品。利用在线粒度监测仪、在线成像测试仪、X射线衍射仪等测试手段对沉淀反应结晶过程中不同反应时间得到产品的粒度分布、形貌变化、晶体结构进行研究,同时跟踪产品的稀土总量和氯根含量。结果表明:沉淀结晶过程中产品的粒度、形貌、晶体结构、稀土总量和杂质含量均随反应时间呈现规律性变化,研究结果可以为工厂生产不同物理性能碳酸稀土产品提供依据,满足多元化高端市场的需求。Preparation of Lanthanum Carbonate with Lanthanum carbonate was prepared by parallel flow precipitation process with mixed precipitant which consists of ammonium bicarbonate and ammonia and lanthanum chloride solution as material.The particle size distribution,morphology change and crystalline structure of lanthanum carbonate at different time during precipitation process were studied by utilizing an on-line particle size analyzer,an on-line imager and X-ray diffraction.Meanwhile,the content of rare earth and chloride ion in lanthanum carbonate was also measured.The findings indicate that the particle size,morphology,crystal form,crystalline structure and the content of rare earth and impurities show a regular change with the increase of reaction time.The result provides a method which can produce diverse physical properties rare earth carbonate for factories to meet the diverse needs in high-end market.Mixed Precipitation Agent and Its Precipitation Crystallization Process.
