医院图书馆基于机构知识库助力护理科研高质量发展的学科服务探析

摘　　要：目的探讨医院图书馆如何基于机构知识库提供精准学科服务的内容与方法,助力护理科研高质量发展。方法基于机构知识库的模块与功能,结合工作实践,提出医院图书馆为护理管理部门和护理科研人员提供精准学科服务的模式设想。结果医院图书馆基于机构知识库,进行科研数据分析,为管理部门实施科研精细化管理提供数据支持。分层次精准制定护理学科服务内容,提供包括搜集护理科研专题文献、精准培训及辅助科研服务等措施,提高护理人员的科研能力。结论医院图书馆以读者需求为主导,利用机构知识库,拓宽学科服务思路,增强学科服务的有效性,推进护理科研精细化管理,提高护理人员的科研能力,提升医院护理科研的整体水平。Objective This study aims to investigate how hospital libraries can leverage their institutional repositories to enhance the quality of nursing research by providing tailored subject services.Methods We analyzed the various modules and functionalities of institutional repositories,drawing insights from practical experiences.From this,we developed a model that enables hospital libraries to offer precise subject services to nursing management departments and nursing researchers.Results Utilizing the institutional repository,libraries were able to provide detailed profiles of nursing research activities to research management departments for more refined management.We established precise,tiered subject services,including the collection of nursing research literature,targeted training,and additional research support services.These measures significantly enhanced the research capabilities of nursing staff.Conclusions Adapting to the needs of our readers,the application of the institutional repository has broadened the scope of subject services,bolstered their effectiveness,and contributed to the high-quality progression of nursing research management in hospitals.
