摘 要:受半导体工艺和器件制造技术的限制,突破单个晶闸管的耐压和耐流水平较为困难,在实际电路设计中,通常使用多个晶闸管器件并联分流的方法来实现电流容量的扩大,与此同时带来了并联支路的电流不平衡问题,即均流问题。在此提出一种对称的器件布局结构,将晶闸管和保护元件从传统的竖直排列、改变为圆形(此处为正六边形)布局,不仅热分布均匀,而且同一整流臂上晶闸管电流路径一致、产生的空间磁场分布均匀,使得器件均流效果较好,能可靠地用于试验和生产,带来很好的经济效益,为大功率直流电源的设计和均流问题的改善提供了有益参考。Limited by semiconductor technology and device manufacturing technology,it is difficult to break through the voltage and current withstand level of a single thyristor.In the actual circuit design,the method of parallel shunt of multiple thyristor devices is usually used to expand the current capacity.At the same time,it brings the current imbalance of the parallel branch,the current sharing problem.A symmetrical device layout structure is proposed,which changes the thyristor and the protection element from the traditional vertical arrangement to a circular(hexagonal)structure.It not only has uniform thermal distribution,but also has uniform current path of thyristor on the same rectifier arm and uniform spatial magnetic field distribution,which makes the device have better current sharing effect and can be reliably used in test and production.It brings good economic benefits and provides a useful reference for the design of high-power DC power supply and the improvement of current sharing problem.
