摘  要:飞轮储能系统(FESS)根据直流牵引网压的高低控制飞轮充放电,然而直流牵引网压的剧烈波动会严重影响FESS的响应特性。针对此问题,提出了一种基于阈值自适应调节的FESS控制策略。该策略通过采用两个简单的低通滤波器获得实时网压和动态阈值,从而实现充放电阈值的自适应调节,改善FESS的响应特性和储能效率。在青岛地铁某线路实现挂网运行,通过工程应用验证了所提策略的可行性和实用性。Flywheel energy storage system(FESS)controls the charging and discharging of flywheel according to the traction network voltage.However,the response characteristics of FESS will be seriously affected by the drastic fluctuation of traction network voltage.Therefore,a control strategy of FESS based on the threshold adaptive adjustment is proposed.By using two simple low-pass filters to obtain the real-time network voltage and dynamic thresholds,the charging and discharging thresholds can be adjusted adaptively.Thus,the response characteristics and energy storage efficiency of FESS can be improved.The feasibility and practicability of the proposed strategy are verified through engineering application in a line of Qingdao Metro.
