摘 要:为提升“一带一路”共建国家科研合作质量和知识创新能力,提出基于国际科研合作的知识影响力评价方法,并挖掘影响国家知识影响力的因素。应用社会网络分析法探讨“一带一路”共建国家基于科研合作的知识流动网络节点特征演化,选择知识中心性、知识中介性和知识全局性评价各国知识影响力,并从国家特征和多维临近两个角度挖掘知识影响力的影响因素。研究发现,中国在“一带一路”沿线的知识影响力大幅领先,为其他国家知识产出和知识流动做出了重要贡献;国家经济水平、科研实力、开放程度及平均社会距离影响知识影响力,地理距离和文化距离与国家知识影响力不相关。In order to enhance the quality of national scientific research cooperation and knowledge innovation capability within the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative,this paper proposes a method for evaluating knowledge influence based on international cooperation of scientific research and investigates the factors that impact national knowledge influence.This paper applies social network analysis method to explore the evolution of node characteristics of knowledge flow networks based on scientific research cooperation in countries along the Belt and Road,selects knowledge centrality,knowledge intermediary and knowledge globality to evaluate the knowledge influence of each country and explore its influencing factors within the two perspectives of national characteristics and multidimensional approach.The study found that China's knowledge influence along the Belt and Road is significantly ahead,and it has made important contributions to other countries'knowledge output and knowledge flow.The level of national economy,strength in scientific research,degree of openness,and average social distance all have an impact on the influence of knowledge while the influence of national knowledge is not affected by geographical distance or cultural distance.
