摘  要:本文以充油设备为研究对象,分析了目前充油设备漏油监测过程中存在的一些缺陷和不足。为此,提出基于紫外光激发的荧光监测漏油现象,并通过LoRa通信模块实现物联网式的监测。通过对特定波长的紫外光激发原油产生的荧光现象,使用搭建特定的硬件电路将采取的荧光信号转化为电压信号,然后采取该漏油信号。子节点的漏油信号再通过无线通信LoRa模块将所有数据传输到中心节点,经MCU处理后传输到PC端或手机APP,并且在故障发生时实时报警。最终,实现系统实时检测漏油现象将各种损失降到最低,提高电力系统用电需求。This paper takes oil⁃filling equipment as the research object,analyzing some obvious defects and defi⁃ciencies in the current oil⁃filled equipment oil leak monitoring process,which not only affects the power supply,but also causes safety hazards.Therefore,this paper proposes a fluorescence monitoring method based on ultraviolet light excitation for oil leak,and implements oil monitoring through LoRa communication module.By excitation of a specif⁃ic wavelength of UV light fluorescence phenomenon of crude oil,use the construction of a specific hardware circuit to take the fluorescence signal into voltage signal,and then take the oil leak signal.The oil leak signal of the child node will be transmitted to the central node through the wireless communication LoRa module,which will be trans⁃mitted to PC or mobile APP after MCU processing,and real⁃time alarm will be given when the fault occurs.Finally,the real⁃time detection of oil leak can minimize all kinds of losses and improve the power demand of the power sys⁃tem.
