野生动物旅游者价值观、共情态度与动物友好行为意向研究

摘　　要：野生动物旅游是促进人与自然和谐发展的重要实践,而旅游者行为是改善人与动物关系的重要方面。文章基于价值-态度-行为层级理论,构建野生动物旅游者“价值观-共情态度-动物友好行为意向”模型,并通过对3类野生动物旅游景区实地收集的1065份问卷进行偏最小二乘法结构方程模型(PLS-SEM)分析发现:(1)野生动物旅游者人类中心主义和非人类中心主义价值观正向影响共情态度;(2)共情态度正向促进动物友好行为意向的生成;(3)人类中心主义价值观对动物友好行为意向没有直接促进作用,非人类中心主义价值观则能够正向促进动物友好行为意向的产生;(4)共情态度在价值观与动物友好行为意向之间发挥着重要的中介作用,在不同价值观的人群中也存在不同的中介效应。该研究丰富了野生动物旅游的研究视角,实证分析了价值、态度、行为之间的关系,为理解生态文明建设背景下的人与动物关系提供了新的依据。同时,文章提出的价值观教育与共情培养的实践手段对规范野生动物旅游者行为与促进野生动物旅游产业的可持续发展具有重要的现实意义。Nowadays,issues such as climate change,biodiversity loss and public health events are challenging modern society.It is evident that well-being of humans and animals is linked and that creatures of the earth have the right to share the environment.As an important component of the ecosystem,animals are deserved more attention.China is a positive practitioner of animal protection and ecological civilization.Over the years,the establishment of national parks,the delineation of ecological protection red lines and the construction of nature reserves have led to wildlife regaining the dignity and freedom of life.The vision of harmonious coexistence of humans and nature is being continuously realized in China.However,the harmony between humans and animals not only relies on a top-down governance system but also requires various practices from the bottom-up perspective.Thus,based on massive and concrete practices,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the interaction between humans and animals.Wildlife tourism is an important practice to promote the harmonious development of humans and nature.Because in wildlife tourism,the connections generated by the animals at the core could reshape the relationship between humans and nature.Meanwhile,tourists encounter and interact with animals in wildlife tourism,so tourist behavior is an important aspect of improving the relationship between humans and animals.Wildlife attractions are important scenarios of ecotourism in cities.They assume the role of ecological education,where tourists will form the perception of animals and nature.Therefore,based on the values-attitude-behavior hierarchy theory,this paper targeted tourists in wildlife tourism attractions and constructed the model of the values-empathic attitude-animal-friendly behavioral intentions of wildlife tourists.Partial least squares-structural equation modeling(PLS-SEM)was used based on 1065 questionnaires collected on-site from 3 wildlife tourism attractions.The results found that:(1)Anthropocentri
