摘 要:针对新能源送出型电网在暂态故障下容易产生过电压问题,提出考虑暂态过电压抑制的新能源送出型电网无功优化方法。首先,分析了新能源送出型电网等值电路的弱送端电网在直流闭锁故障下的暂态过电压机理,分析了过电压抑制策略;然后,为实现暂态能量在新能源集群和无功调节设备之间的有效分配,以新能源集群和无功调节设备作为决策变量,以新能源送出型电网无功裕度作为目标函数,建立考虑暂态过电压抑制的新能源送出型电网无功优化模型,并采用约束自适应粒子群算法对优化模型进行求解;最后基于东北某电网实际运行数据优化了新能源送出型电网无功优化仿真模型,结果表明所提方法的有效性。In order to address the problem of overvoltage in new energy feeder grids under transient faults,a reactive power optimization method for new energy feeder grids considering transient overvoltage suppression is proposed.Firstly,the transient overvoltage mechanism and transient overvoltage suppression strategy of the weak feeder grid based on the new energy feeder grid equivalent circuit under the DC blocking fault state are investigated.Then,in order to achieve an efficient distribution of transient energy between the new energy cluster and the reactive power regulator,a reactive power optimization model for the new energy feeder grid considering transient overvoltage suppression is developed.This model uses the new energy cluster and the reactive power regulator as decision variables and the reactive power margin of the new energy feeder grid as the objective function.The model is solved based on a constrained adaptive particle swarm algorithm.Finally,a reactive power optimization simulation model for a new energy feeder grid is developed based on actual operational data from a grid in the northeast.The results show the proposed method is effective.
