摘　　要：低温环境易造成绝缘子运行故障且低温风雪给人工运维带来巨大困难,图像识别正在成为低温环境绝缘子监测关键辅助手段,但低温环境对绝缘子视频图像识别影响研究缺乏。笔者以低温风雪环境支柱绝缘子为研究对象,分析了低温风雪环境对绝缘子图像识别的影响因素,主要包括:1)低温风雪环境是典型高椒盐噪声,需要对支柱绝缘子图像进行滤波降噪,提升图像质量;2)应充分采用考虑保留支柱绝缘子细节的滤波算法来进行图像识别分析;3)视频传感器建议选择CMOS传感器的低温系列,配套低温电池并配备低温环境除雾设备。文章总结了低温环境下绝缘子视频图像识别的低温应对措施,为低温环境缘子运行维护提供了参考。Low temperature is a typical environment which causes insulator failures,and low temperature snowstorm brings great difficulties to human operation and maintenance.Image recognition is becoming a key auxiliary means to monitor insulators in low temperature environment.But there is a lack of research on the impact of low temperature environment on insulator video image recognition.The supporting insulator of low-temperature snowstorm environment is taken as the research object,and the influencing factors of low-temperature snowstorm environment on insulator image recognition are analyzed.It mainly includes the following content:Firstly,the blizzard environment is a typical high-value salt and pepper noise,and the insulator image needs to be filtered;secondly,the image recognition and analysis should be carried out by fully using the filtering algorithm considering the preservation of insulator details;finally,it is recommended to choose the low-temperature series of CMOS sensors for video sensors,which is equipped with low-temperature battery and low-temperature environment defogging equipment.The author summarizes the low temperature response measures for insulator video image recognition in low temperature environment,which provides references for insulator operation and maintenance in low temperature environment.
