摘  要:研究以人工合成砂为骨料与工程纤维对水泥胶合剂性能的影响,并胶装后的瓷件产品进行电性能表征。结果表明:以人工合成砂作为骨料可显著提升水泥胶合剂的抗折强度;掺入工程纤维可使得水泥胶合剂的弹性模量显著下降而强度没有显著改变。改性后的水泥胶合剂胶装的绝缘子产品性能优异,均能满足现行瓷绝缘子的稳定运行。The effect of artificial synthetic sand as aggregate and engineering fiber on the properties of cement adhesive was studied,and the electrical properties of ceramic products after adhesive were characterized.The results show that using artificial synthetic sand as aggregate can significantly improve the flexural strength of cement adhesive.The addition of engineering fiber can make the elastic modulus of cement adhesive decrease significantly but the strength does not change significantly.The performance of the modified cement adhesive coated insulator products is excellent,which can meet the stable operation of the current porcelain insulator.
