摘 要:应用金相显微镜和扫描电镜对不同工艺条件下的3003铸轧带坯中心偏析组织进行分析,研究各铸轧工艺参数对铸轧带坯中心偏析缺陷的影响。结果表明:3003合金铸轧带坯中心偏析缺陷的形成对铸轧速度最为敏感,当铸轧速度达到800mm/min以上时中心偏析缺陷急剧恶化,显著影响铸轧带坯的组织性能,在成分一定的情况下,合理控制铸轧速度是减轻或消除中心偏析最为有效的措施。The microstructure of center segregation of 3003 cast-rolled strip under different process conditions was analyzed using OM and SEM,and the influence of various casting process parameters on the center segregation defect of cast-rolled strip was studied.The results show that the casting-rolling speed is the most sensitive to the formation of center segregation defects in 3003 alloy strips.When the casting-rolling speed reaches above 800mm/min,the center segregation defects deteriorate sharply,significantly affecting the microstructure and properties of the strips.Under a certain composition,controlling the casting-rolling speed reasonably is the most effective measure to reduce or eliminate center segregation.
