Analysis and Research on Slag Deposits in the Casting Nozzle Cavity of Al-Mn-Mg Series Aluminum Alloy by Double Roll Casting

摘  要:为解决Al-Mn-Mg系铝合金铸轧生产过程中熔体粘稠、含杂质多、易结渣问题,采用XRD对铸嘴腔中的结渣物上下面物相进行定性、定量检测分析。结果表明:在铸嘴前沿结渣物上表面中,Al_(2)O_(3)、K_(2)MnF_(6)和Mg_(2)(BO_(3))F是主要的夹杂物,占总夹杂物含量的81.32%;结渣物下表面中,Al_(2)O_(3)和LiF·MgO是主要的夹杂物,占总夹杂物含量的84.76%。针对检测结果,从原铝纯净度和精炼剂的有效成分控制两方面入手,成功解决了双辊铸轧Al-Mn-Mg系铝合金铸嘴结渣难题。To solve the problem of viscous melt,high impurity content,and easy slagging in the Al-Mn-Mg aluminum alloy casting and rolling production process,XRD was used to qualitatively and quantitatively detect and analyze the upper and lower phases of the slagging substances in the casting nozzle cavity.The results show that Al_(2)O_(3),K_(2)MnF_(6) and Mg_(2)(BO_(3))F are the main inclusions on the surface of slag deposits in the front of the casting nozzle,accounting for 81.32%of the total inclusion content;In the analysis of the bottom surface of slag,Al_(2)O_(3)and LiF·MgO are the main inclusions,accounting for 84.76%of the total inclusion content.Based on the detection results,the problem of slag formation in the Al-Mn-Mg series aluminum alloy casting nozzle during double roll casting and rolling is successfully solved by the purity of the original aluminum and the effective composition of the refining agent controlling.
