摘  要:新焦炉即将投产,新增废水可能导致生化单系统运行超出最大负荷,为确保生化系统出水指标稳定,提前将生化两系全部投入运行。生化系统暂时处于低负荷运行状态,造成生化出水NH_(3)-N指标不稳定,将通过调节系统来水COD、NH_(3)-N指标,并将部分生化出水回流至调节池,用来稀释来水指标及补充生化进水量,再调节好氧池溶解氧、pH值,缺氧池投加葡萄糖的方式,将生化出水指标稳定的控制在合理范围内。The new coke oven is about to be put into operation,and the new wastewater may cause the biochemical single system to operate beyond the maximum load,in order to ensure the stability of the biochemical system effluent index,both biochemical systems will be put into operation in advance.The biochemical system is temporarily in a low load operation state,resulting in unstable NH_(3)-N indicators of biochemical effluent,and the biochemical effluent will be adjusted by adjusting the COD and NH_(3)-N indicators of the incoming water of the system,and part of the biochemical effluent will be returned to the regulating pool to dilute the incoming water index and supplement the biochemical inflow,and then adjust the dissolved oxygen and pH value of the aerobic pool,and add glucose to the hypoxic pool to stably control the biochemical effluent index within a reasonable range.
