摘　　要：本文针对Φ22mm规格两切分轧制过程中出现的线差控制、导卫刮铁等各类常见问题进行总结分析,并进行持续改进,实现了该规格两切分轧制的稳定顺行。A summary and analysis were conducted on various common problems such as line difference control and guide rail scraping during the two slitting rolling process ofΦ22 specification,and continuous improvement was carried out to solve the problems and achieved stable and smooth operation of the two slit rolling of this specification.
