摘 要:本文介绍了酒钢不锈钢BOF冶炼超纯铁素体的技术指标,分析AOD脱碳保铬阶段温度不足的原因,并提出相应的工艺优化措施。研究结果表明:影响AOD脱碳保铬阶段升温的原因有BOF出铁温度低以及从BOF到AOD过程温降大、AOD入炉C含量低,无法脱碳升温;通过提高BOF出铁温度、减少过程温降、减少等铁时间,降低温损,可以将入AOD的铁水平均温度提升15℃;通过调整氧枪枪位,采用高枪位冶炼,保证AOD的入炉铁水碳含量≥3.2%。The paper introduces the technical indicators of BOF smelting of ultra-pure ferrite in stainless steel in Stainless Steel Branch of JISCO,analyzes the reasons for insufficient temperature during the AOD decarburization and chromium retention stage and proposes corresponding process optimization measures.The research results indicate that the reasons for affecting the temperature rise during the decarburization and chromium retention stage of AOD are the low tapping temperature of BOF,the large temperature drop during the process from BOF to AOD,and the low C content of AOD charging the furnace,which prevents decarburization and temperature rise.By increasing the tapping temperature of BOF,reducing the process temperature drop,reducing the waiting time for iron and reducing temperature loss,the average temperature of molten iron into AOD can be increased by 15℃.By adjusting the oxygen lance position and adopting high lance position smelting,the carbon content of AOD in the furnace is ensured to be≥3.2%.
