摘　　要：文章主要介绍了无氟无镍中温封孔剂作为铝合金氧化膜封孔剂,在铝合金阳极氧化工艺生产中起到的作用和优势,以及在工业型材生产中,用硝酸浸磷铬酸、磷酸钼酸钠腐蚀失重的检测方法来验证和探讨无氟无镍中温封孔剂较合适的封孔条件。This paper mainly introduces the role and advantages of fluorine-free nickel-free medium temperature sealing agent in the anodic oxidation process of aluminum alloy as a sealing agent for aluminum oxide film.In the production of industrial profiles,the suitable sealing conditions of fluorine-free nickel-free medium temperature sealing agent are verified and discussed by the detection methods of phosphorus chromic acid leaching and sodium molybdate phosphate corrosion loss.
