摘 要:通过数值模拟对添加分流劈的新型无反馈射流振荡元件进行研究,并应用软件ANSYS CFX 19.2和基于雷诺时均法的湍流模型(RANS)对控制方程进行求解计算,考察了分流劈距离、分流劈角度、出口管间距离、分流劈半径、分流劈形状5个几何参数对振荡性能的影响。结果显示:通过改变分流劈距离可观察到,频率增长了约1.46倍,且在3.7~4.6 mm产生有效振荡;随着分流劈角度、出口管间距离、分流劈半径的增加,频率呈现先增加后降低趋势;相同分流劈距离下,凸型更加易于振荡。将研发的流控元件应用于去除金矿中二氧化硅浮选试验,将稳定进气模式转换为振荡进气模式,可以显著提高二氧化硅细粒级浮选回收率,为后续研究提供了理论依据及技术支持。A new feedback-free jet oscillator component with a splitter is numerically simulated and studied.In order to solve the governing equations,the commercial software ANSYS CFX 19.2 is used as well as a turbulence model based on the Reynolds-averaged Navier-Strokes(RANS)is used.The study looks into the effect of 5 geo-metric parameters on the oscillation performance including splitter distance,splitter angle,distance between outlet nozzles,splitter radius,and splitter shape.The results show that the frequency can be observed to increase by 1.46 times by changing the splitter distance,and the effective oscillation is generated within the range of 3.7-4.6 mm.It is also found that the increase in the splitter angle,the distance between outlet nozzles and splitter radius initially causes an increase in the frequency then it is followed by a reduction.The simulation results for the splitter shape show that the convex shape makes it easier to oscillate at the same splitting distance.In the later stage,the developed flow control element was applied to the flotation experiment of removing silica from gold ore.The results show that the conversion of the stable intake mode to the oscillating intake mode can significantly improve the flotation recovery rate of silica fine particles,which provides a theoretical basis and technical support for future research of fine and coarse particle flotation.
