摘 要:某金矿选矿厂采用全泥氰化炭浆提金工艺,处理量为3000 t/d,根据生产需要进行流程改造后出现浸出效率低等问题。为进一步提高选矿厂生产效率,在现场开展提高浸出率的工艺研究。考察了浸出前移对炭浆法提金工艺流程浸出效率的影响,结果表明:浸出前移后,磨矿分级段浸出率由8.87%提高至26.16%。实践结果对类似选矿厂高效回收金提供了参考和借鉴。A gold ore dressing plant adopted the all-sliming cyanidation CIP gold extraction process with a processing capacity of 3000 t/d.After process transformation according to production needs,issues such as low leaching efficiency emerged.In order to further improve the production efficiency of the ore dressing plant,a process research on improving the leaching rate was conducted on-site.This study looks into the impact of in-advance leaching on the lea-ching efficiency of the CIP gold extraction process.The results show that after in-advance leaching,the leaching rate in the grinding and classification stage increased from 8.87%to 26.16%.The application practice provides reference and guidance for the efficient recovery of gold in similar ore dressing plants.
