摘　　要：制动板形状尺寸要求高,孔边距和孔壁尺寸小影响模具强度,采用整体凹模嵌入镶块形式的级进模设计及制造,满足压铸件成品质量要求。The requirements for the shape and size of the product are high,and the small hole edge distance and hole wall size affect the strength of the mold.A progressive die design and manufacturing method using an integral matrix with insert blocks is adopted to meet the quality of the finished product.
