摘　　要：介绍了一种PC树脂全透明塑件,详细分析了该塑件的树脂材料特性、性能要求及生产方式,并针对其在模具制造过程中存在的难点进行了分析,设计出了一副新型的定模推板顶出开模和可动式型芯脱出机构,保证塑件从倒扣型腔中离开后再进行二次脱模,模具结构安全可靠,保证塑件外观品质满足客户的要求。Mainly introduces a transparent plastic product made of PC resin.Analysis of the resin material characteristics,product requirements,and production method.And in response to the difficulties in the mold manufacturing process,designed a special front mold ejection and core-pulling mechanism.Ensured that the product is demolded again after leaving the undercut cavity.The mold structure is safe,reliable in production,ensurs the appearance quality and meets the customer's requirements of the product.
