摘  要:以某铝合金弯管为例,针对零件的结构特点,采用了液压侧向抽芯并型芯模块,完成压铸成型。针对压铸件存在弯管,弯管处有通孔,腔体比较深,尾部带有方盘的结构特征,设计了一模一腔压铸模的浇注系统、排溢系统等相关模具部件,准确给出了模具设计参数。最终选择了压射比压值25MPa,填充速度16m/s,浇筑温度640°,压铸模预热温度可选150℃,充填速度约为0.06s,保压时间5s,留模时间12s。应用Anycasting软件为铸造过程的充型、凝固、收缩进行了分析,为该模具设计合理性提供了验证。用UG12.0 MoldWizard应用模块以确保各个机构间互不干涉。所设计的模具结构紧凑、工作稳定,对同类模具设计具有一定参考价值。Taking an aluminum alloy elbow as an example,according to the structural characteristics of the parts,a hydraulic lateral core-pulling and core-merging module was adopted to complete die casting.In view of the structural characteristics of the elbow,the elbow has a through hole,the cavity is deep,and the tail has a tray,the heating and cooling system,gating system,overflow system and other related die parts of the die-casting die with one die and one cavity are designed,and the die design parameters are given accurately.Finally,the injection specific pressure is 25MPa,the filling speed is 16m/s,the pouring temperature is 640,the preheating temperature of die casting die is 150℃,the filling speed is about 0.06s,the holding time is 5s,and the mold retention time is 12 s.The mold filling,solidification and shrinkage in the casting process were analyzed by Anycasting software,which verified the rationality of the mold design.Use UG12.0 MoldWizard application module to ensure that all institutions do not interfere with each other.The designed die has compact structure and stable work,which has certain reference value for similar die design.
