摘  要:普通铣床作为世界技能大赛工业机械项目和制造团队挑战赛项目中的加工设备,其加工精度直接影响比赛成绩。因此,研究普通铣床的加工精度以及影响因素十分重要。为了研究加工精度以及影响因素,在通过保持切削条件一致性,仅改变实验因素对比加工前后尺寸,分析了不同因素的影响。实验结果表明,刀具的选择和夹具的夹紧力是影响加工精度的关键因素。As the machining equipment in the World Skills Competition Industrial Machinery Program and Manufacturing Team Challenge Program,the machining accuracy of general milling machine directly affects the competition results.Therefore,it becomes very important to study the machining accuracy of general milling machine and the influencing factors.In order to study the machining accuracy as well as the influencing factors,the influence of different factors was analyzed after comparing the size before and after machining by keeping the consistency of cutting conditions and changing only the experimental factors.The experimental results show that the selection of tools and clamping force of fixtures are the key factors affecting machining accuracy.
