摘　　要：近年来,在企业生产过程中可能会出现PC材料力学性能的问题,需要添加GF玻璃纤维材料,采用相应的热流道系统模具,从而适应塑料的特性,但是由于在添加玻璃纤维等材料的过程中,可能更会导致系统喷嘴头受到磨损或破裂,产品生产的合格率降低,系统漏料等问题出现,合理进行热流道系统及喷嘴头的优化和改进十分重要。In recent years,there may be problems with the mechanical properties of PC materials in the production process of enterprises.It is necessary to add GF glass fiber material and use corre⁃sponding hot runner system molds to adapt to the characteristics of plastics.However,due to the ad⁃dition of glass fiber and other materials,the system nozzle head may be worn or cracked,the prod⁃uct production qualification rate will be reduced,and problems such as system leakage may occur,It is very important to optimize and improve the hot runner system and nozzle head reasonably.
