摘　　要：针对输液泵体的注射模设计进行了研究,分析了输液泵体的结构特点和脱模难点,确定合理的分型面和型腔布局,设计了浇注系统、模架、成型件、排气系统、冷却系统、导向定位机构和顶出机构等模具结构,介绍了脱模机构的工作过程。The article studies the design of the Injection mold construction for the infusion pump body,first analyzes the structural characteristics of the infusion pump body and the difficulty of de⁃moulding,determines the reasonable parting surface and cavity layout,then designs the mold struc⁃tures such as the gating system,mold base,molded parts,exhaust system,cooling system,guiding and positioning mechanism and ejection mechanism,and finally introduces the working process of the demoulding mechanism.
